One of our customers in the Louisville area had really nice patio and brick wall completed in the summer. The problem is, the company that was hired to do this work missed a few crucial steps. The other company’s workers did not put any drainage under the concrete pad, this caused the corner of the patio to sink and crack. With missing that step it caused major issues for this homeowner.
Best Waterproofing came in and placed two piers or jacks under the pad to stabilize it (those yellow tubes) put drainage under the pad and along the side, under ground, and put back together. The drainage under the porch and along the side underground will not allow the patio to sink and will reduce the chances of the pad cracking again.
